Austin, TX-based Hellas Sports Construction has expanded its corporate headquarters and polyurethane and running track production plant in Liberty Hill, TX.
“Earlier this year, plans were set in motion to expand our customer service and support staff and the turf, track and tennis court production facilities,” said Ross Clurman, marketing manager. “Those plans came to fruition in April, beginning with opening a new facility to house our growing fleet of construction equipment, turf maintenance machinery and delivery vehicles for the running tracks and synthetic turf.”
According to Clurman, several employees transitioned offices and moved into the newly renovated space to make way for additional staff.
Clurman says the company employs a full-time staff of more than 100 employees.
“The reorganization also helped align individual departments in close proximity to those with which they work the most,” he said. “Divisions within Hellas Sports Construction that saw the largest increases include project management, estimating and CAD design.”
Hellas Sports Construction has completed projects for NFL Experience, Cowboys Stadium, Baylor University, Idaho State University, the Alamodome, Northern Arizona University, University ofNorth Carolina at Charlotte, University of San Diego, University of Georgia and various other high schools, collegiate institutions and stadiums, he said.
