About
Frisco, TX (December 20, 2017) –
In less than a year since its opening, Hellas Construction is already renovating and expanding its office at The Star in Frisco, Texas to keep up with the increase in business. Hellas was one of the first to open their office, which overlooks the Cowboys practice fields that they built at the World Headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys.
“We are very pleased with the increased interest in our products and are very excited to be experiencing such rapid growth,” said President and CEO Reed J. Seaton. “We are proud to be a part of this state-of-the-art facility. It’s been the perfect place to showcase our Matrix® Turf with Helix Technology and the work we do.”
Hellas Construction’s contract with the Dallas Cowboys and AT&T Stadium has recently been renewed for another 10 years, naming Hellas as the Official Turf Provider of the Dallas Cowboys. Two more NFL teams are now using Hellas turf for their fields, along with a growing number of schools and universities nationwide.
Hellas manufactured and installed all the synthetic turf fields at the $1.5 billion development on 91 acres at The Star. The team’s facility includes two practice fields, Ford Center’s 12,000 seat indoor stadium that the team shares with Frisco ISD and Tostito’s Championship Plaza which is 40,500-square-feet of space that includes a 2,270-square-foot video board, interactive displays and other video boards and a 50-yard football field for community activities.
Hellas will be installing a new Matrix Turf with Helix Technology field at AT&T Stadium for the Dallas Cowboys in 2018. The venue requires a specially-designed, removable field because of the different kinds of events the facility hosts.
“We look forward to 2018 and providing the Cowboys with the most innovative and advanced removable field ever made,” Seaton said. “We believe Hellas has the best turf in America. Word is spreading and the demand is increasing. We couldn’t be happier.”
