Previous experience prospecting and selling in the sports and/or construction industry a plus. This position will be selling million-dollar synthetic turf solutions, running tracks, and more.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Travel approximately 75% to aggressively drive and generate new business
      o On average, 4-5 days on the road; first 3 weeks of each month
      (company vehicle and gas card provided)
• Target, qualify and pursue leads in accordance with company strategy and techniques
• Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits
• Implement effective business plans and strategies for assigned territory growth
• Learn and master value selling and ROI discussions to close new accounts
• Provides accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close
• Communicate regularly with Sales Management regarding performance, inquiries, competitive activities, complaints, market conditions or other pertinent conditions
• Serve as the liaison between the client, Marketing, Sales Management, and other departments
• Attend company meetings, trainings, tradeshows, events, and promotions
• Develop a solid understanding of product lines and competitive selling points
• Study patterns and trends to assess competitive presence in our industry
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MVR report required to ensure clean driving record.
• Previous experience and success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts in a construction environment.is preferred. Previous sales experience is required. Landscaping sales experience a plus
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Motivated, driven personality with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results
Hellas offers an excellent compensation package for our sales staff. Base salary plus aggressive commission schedule. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life coverage, and 401(k) profit sharing plan. Company vehicle to include gas card. This position does require extensive travel within your designated region. Comprehensive training and onboarding program provided.
This is a base plus commission opportunity. Base salary will be determined upon candidates’ previous sales experience and market experience.

Project Manager

CG&B/Hellas is seeking a full-time
Project Manager to join our Civil Construction division in Las Vegas, NV. The Project Manager will serve as the primary leader, responsible for the success of projects, including safety, financial performance, scheduling, and quality. This role involves developing and leading the project team while fostering positive relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Promote safety and ensure safe working conditions and practices are established.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Collaborate with the Estimating Department to review project budgets and develop control plans.
• Create a buyout plan and prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Build and secure approval for the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of permits, fees, and submittals.
• Attend all project-related meetings, from pre-construction to closeout, to ensure the project progresses as planned.
• Review daily time sheets and reports for accuracy, and monitor field production to meet budgeted targets and objectives, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date construction documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct regular field inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare monthly WIP forecasts and report to HQ accountants.
• Oversee the payment request process and approve subcontractor payment requests.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates and job reports.
• Develop, schedule, and lead the project close-out process.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing diverse civil engineering projects, including earthwork, grading, paving, concrete, and underground utilities.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding project plans and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with P6, Submittal Exchange, CAD, HCSS Heavy Job, and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

CG&B/Hellas, an A-General Engineering Contractor specializing in public works civil construction, is seeking an experienced
Civil Contracting Horizontal Construction Estimator. This full-time role will support our Las Vegas, NV operations from our Henderson, Nevada office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in takeoff and estimating for both private and public works civil construction projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and assist in accurate takeoffs and estimates for all aspects of private and public works civil construction, including demolition, excavation, grading, wet utilities, site concrete, structural concrete, roadway construction, and parks and recreation.
• Review and analyze construction documents.
• Submit requests for information (RFIs) to clarify existing conditions and proposed improvements.
• Develop and maintain materials and subcontractor resources and relationships in all market areas.
• Build effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and Project Managers.
• Analyze and evaluate historical cost data to determine accurate pricing.
• Provide value engineering options to enhance contract award opportunities.
• Prepare and solicit bid requests for subcontractors.
• Review general conditions, schedules, scope of work, equipment and labor projections, and site logistics.
• Conduct site visits for future bids to assess existing conditions and proposed scope of work.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to gather all pertinent data.
• Assist in project phase and resource scheduling.
• Prepare thorough documentation for handoff to the operations department for project implementation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction estimating, including demolition, excavation, grading, wet utilities, site concrete, structural concrete, roadway construction, and parks and recreation.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid or a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Additional Information:
• CG&B/Hellas is fully operational with unlimited bonding capacity.
• This position is based in our Henderson, Nevada office and will require training and monthly travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Austin, Texas, with reduced travel once fully trained.

Journeyman Electrician

Hellas Construction, the leader in Sports Construction is currently seeking a full time Journeyman Electrician! This position will be responsible for performing electrical work at multiple job sites. Basic duties will include installing conduit, pulling wire, troubleshooting issues, and making electrical connections in commercial and light industrial settings. You must be able to travel to job sites all over the United States. Lots of Texas based work, but we also have work across the US. Our corporate offices is located in Austin, Electrical Division is located in Seguin, Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Replace defective breakers, switches, lights, ballasts and perform repairs on electrical equipment and components.
• Work with other facilities team members on remodeling and new construction projects to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Install manufacturing equipment and perform HVAC connections.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• Four years apprenticeship in the electrical field and have, or be able to, acquire an electrical license.
• Journeyman’s Electrical License is a plus.
• Previous experience working on commercial jobs with other trades.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial wiring installation.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work with a team or independently.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

• Operates and monitors extrusion line in a safe and efficient manner to produce a first quality product.

• Performs regular and routine inspection of the line to ensure the production of a first quality product.
• Taking corrective action when quality defects are encountered.
• Pulls lines thru the machine. (Through water tank, rolls, ovens, to the tack up winders, etc.) Doffs, ties, and inspects all finished packages for defects and is ready to twist.
• Repairs all breakouts and restarts line as soon as possible.
• Responsible for placing all recycled materials in the proper storage containers.

• Standing for 12 hours and working in the element.
