Ensuring Hellas standards are followed means keeping employees educated in safety regulations by OSHA and construction and building regulations by ASBA. Certification and training in CPR and AED is also a part of our training. Our employees are taught how to maintain and secure their equipment to ensure they have what they need to get the job done. Employees are trained in proper safety techniques and provided with proper safety gear to prevent injuries and deaths. Employees are taught proper construction procedures to avoid mistakes or setbacks in installations that can be costly and time consuming to fix. Hellas employees are educated on finding solutions when problems arise, ensuring a finished project they can be proud of.
Training meetings bring employees together for certification in different areas of the sports construction industry, keeping employees educated in all aspects of the types of projects we do. Specific techniques and procedures for our projects are taught and reinforced from beginning to end to make sure projects are done right the first time. Hellas teams are led by informed, knowledgeable, and experienced superintendents that make it their goal to surpass every customer’s expectations and maintain the reputation of Hellas quality being the best in the industry.
