Through our partnerships and affiliations, Hellas Construction has developed valuable relationships with various organizations dedicated to positively impacting not only sports facility construction, but also the advancement behind the manufacturing techniques and technology for synthetic turf, artificial grass, running tracks, and court surfacing. Hellas is proud to be associated with these significant organizations.

	Hellas Construction is a Silver-Level Member of The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) , supporting the ongoing development of USGBC’s mission of a more sustainable built environment and regulates the LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED is changing the way buildings and communities are planned, constructed, maintained, and operated. Hellas’ mission is to constantly research and use new technology to become greener. Projects with Hellas Construction can earn your project points toward LEED certification, which saves energy, resources, and diverts waste from landfills.
	The Synthetic Turf Council (STC) is a non-profit trade organization for the artificial grass industry, promoting quality and good business practices.
	World Athletics - The International Association of Athletics Federations is an international governing body for the sport of track and field Athletics.
	California Division of the State Architect - As part of the California Department of General Services, the California Division of the State Architect (DSA) is responsible for design and construction oversight for K-12 public schools and community colleges.
	AGC - The Associated General Contractors of America has over 30,000 member firms and is the leading association for the construction industry.
	ASBA - The American Sports Builders Association is a national organization for builders, designers and suppliers of materials for tennis courts, running tracks, turf fields, indoor, and outdoor synthetic sports surfaces.
	TACS - The Texas Association of Community Schools represents school districts in Texas that are small, mid-sized, and rural.
	GCA– Hawaii The General Contractors Association of Hawaii (GCA) was formed in 1932 by general contractors from the four major islands of Hawaii. The GCA is a full service construction association serving General Contractors, Subcontractors, Equipment/Material Suppliers and Associate Members. Link

COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PARTNERS

Our Cooperative Purchasing Partners assist project owners by streamlining the procurement process. Specific to Hellas Construction, our customers can utilize our co-op partnerships to buy directly from us without needing to bid out their athletic facility or sports construction project. These co-ops have a relationship with us because of our commitment to quality products and high-caliber workmanship.

	COSTARS - is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (together "Members") are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost-effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business. 	TOPS - The Oklahoma purchasing system connects your agency or company with other agencies or companies for all your procurement needs. Link
	ESC-Region 19 - The ESC-Region 19 Purchasing (Allied States Cooperative) is a national governmental purchasing cooperative which competitively bids and awards contracts to local, regional, and national vendors in compliance with local, state, and federal procurement laws and regulations. Link
	AEPA - The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies / political subdivisions organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states. AEPA is a true “cooperative” who serves to leverage purchasing power to benefit all schools and agencies, regardless of size, with the ability to purchase at equal buying levels. Link
	1GPA - 1 Government Procurement Alliance is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative which allows public agencies to take advantage of existing contracts to purchase the goods and services they need from local and national vendors. 	Sourcewell - Sourcewell is a national public service agency committed to providing cooperative solutions that assist Government and Education. Link
	Buy Board - The Buy Board National Purchasing Cooperative is a national online purchasing cooperative formed between the National School Boards Association and several state school boards associations to streamline the buying process for schools, municipalities, and other public entities. Link
	GSA - GSA is a Cooperative Purchasing Program that allows eligible entities to purchase from Cooperative Purchasing approved vendors, at any time, for any reason, using any funds available. Link
	CMAS - The California Multiple Award Schedules offers a wide variety of commodities, non-IT services and information technology products and services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive. Link
	Region 7 ESC - is one of 20 regional education service centers statewide that participates in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of innovative educational programs. Link
	TIPS - The Inter-local Purchasing Systems provides school districts and other governmental entities opportunities for greater efficiency in acquiring goods and services and more economical prices. Link
