Phoenix Union Schools Shine With Hellas
Phoenix, AZ

Cesar Chavez H.S., Alhambra H.S. and Central H.S. have a new look for football season and are the first of a three phases of construction by Hellas in the Phoenix Union School District. Hellas installed Matrix Helix™, Geo Plus™ Infill, and Cushdrain® shock pads at all three of these high schools. The Phoenix area is usually one of the hottest regions in the country and Hellas' Geo Plus will keep temperatures 40 degrees cooler than traditional crumb rubber. Channelview Falcons Flying High With Hellas

Hellas Construction installed Matrix Helix™ synthetic turf at Ray Maddry Memorial Stadium in Channelview high school along with a GMAX Drain® and Ecotherm™ infill to keep the field 20 degrees cooler than traditional SBR crumb rubber. The Falcons are also receiving similar Major Play™ turf on their baseball and softball fields in addition to a new epiQ track™ by Hellas.

Texas City Sprints To Top With G4000 EpiQ Track®
Texas City, TX

Hellas Construction installed a G4000 epiQ Track® at Texas City High School to go with the Stingarees' Matrix Turf® with Helix Technology and Ecotherm™ infill.. With the temperatures heating up, the Stings will be 20 degrees cooler with Ecotherm in their Matrix turf field than with traditional crumb rubber.

Investing Into Community & America’s Past Time With Hellas
Elk City, OK

Hellas Construction installed over 700,000 square feet of Major Play™ Fusion XP2 Turf on 16 baseball and softball fields in Elk City, Oklahoma. Hellas also revitalized historic Ackley Baseball Park with the same Major Play turf bringing this 80 year old gem along Route 66 back to life. Elk City Mayor Nick Archer says this has been an economic boost that the community will benefit from based on a one cent sales tax.

Zapata County ISD has gone all out with Hellas Construction installing Matrix Helix™ synthetic turf for football, plus Major Play™ baseball and softball synthetic turf. Ecotherm™ infill was also installed by Hellas on the football, baseball, and softball fields to keep the fields 20 degrees cooler than traditional SBR crumb rubber.
