JOURDANTON ISD DESIGN/BUILD - Jourdanton, TX
Hellas began working with Jourdanton in 2006, with an installation of a S200 epiQ Track at their high school. After a tennis court project in 2008 and a basketball project in 2012, the district was finally ready to build an athletic complex. Knowing Hellas was equipped for the job and having great results with other projects, Hellas was their first choice.
Jourdanton has used Hellas for many projects over the years totaling over $12.1M:
- 2006: New epiQ TRACKS® S200 - $120K
- 2008: New TPS® COURT SURFACES 5000 tennis courts - $19K
- 2012: 2 Basketball TPS® COURT SURFACES 5000 - $16K
- 2016: Athletic Complex, epiQ Tracks V300, 8 tennis courts, football, baseball, and softball turf field, bleachers, light systems, restrooms, concessions, dugouts, fencing, goal posts, press boxes, parking lots, sidewalks - $12M

Design/Build with Hellas saved the district thousands of dollars in architect and engineer fees, instead putting that money toward more amenities in their complex. The construction schedules ran smoother, delivery was faster, and the end result was a first-rate sports complex the students, district, and community can be proud of.
